Members must commit to participate in monthly CORE Leadership meetings and activities. Requirements for participation include:

CORE Leadership Training Academy

The CORE Leadership Training Academy is for Diamond In The Rough participants who express an interest and desire in serving in a leadership capacity within the organization.  CORE participants are provided additional leadership training and assist DITR adult advisors with program development and planned activities.  Participants are given the opportunity to serve in leadership roles in the following areas:

Field trips
Leadership training
Cultural enrichment
Youth Advisory Board
GEM to GEM Newsletter
Community service projects
