
The Diamond Debutante Program welcomes high school Freshman, Sophomores and Juniors who demonstrate exemplary leadership skills, possess exceptional character, and have outstanding involvement in extra-curricular activities and community service. The Diamond Debutante Program is designed to prepare young women for the future by stressing the importance of service and social grace.
DITR established the Diamond Debutante Program to provide an opportunity for young women to grow socially and personally. The Debutante Program encompasses community service, leadership development, etiquette workshops, and social activities. The proceeds raised are used to assist DITR in providing group mentoring, life skills training, career coaching and camps and conferences to girls ages 4-18. Workshop topics include the following:

Requirements for participation include a 12-month commitment, an overall GPA of 2.75, one letter of recommendation from community figures in the following areas (school, church, civic or volunteer organizations; excluding relatives and personal friends), an essay, and a non-refundable application fee. The selection process is highly competitive and requires a non refundable program fee at the time of participation.
