The Diamond University Life Skills Training Academy was designed to provide schools, churches, after school programs and youth serving organizations with a creative, supplemental workshops and activities designed especially for the growing needs of girls.  The program was designed for all girls regardless of race, social or economic status. 

The interactive, small group format offers pre-designed custom workshops created to educate, engage and empower girls ages 10-18.  The program is designed to empower and build leadership and self-esteem while equipping girls with the tools to make healthy decisions about their bodies, relationships, academics and their futures.

Diamond University workshops are facilitated by screened, and trained Diamond In The Rough leaders and incorporates group discussions, interactive activities and role play.
