| Diamonds In Development | The Diamonds In Development Program is geared toward girls ages 4 - 9 and offers monthly educational and entertaining activities. The purpose of the program is to build self-esteem, character, faith and friendships and to build a strong foundation. Members Only Program. More info |
| Diamond Debutante | The Diamond Debutante Program welcomes high school Freshman, Sophomores and Juniors who demonstrate exemplary leadership skills, possess exceptional character, and have outstanding involvement in extra-curricular activities and community service. The Diamond Debutante Program is designed to prepare young women for the future by stressing the importance of service and social grace. Open to the public. More info |
| Diamond University | The Diamond University Life Skills Training Academy was designed to provide schools, churches, after school programs and youth serving organizations with a creative, supplemental workshops and activities designed especially for the growing needs of girls. The program was designed for all girls regardless of race, social or economic status. More info |
| Helping Hands Community Service Program | The Helping Hands Community Service Program provides youth leaders of Diamond In The Rough the opportunity to plan and implement service projects that benefit the community at large. Whether coordinating can food drives for people in need, feeding the homeless or coordinating campaigns to raise awareness on issues pertaining to youth, it's an opportunity for our young leaders to shine. |
The OPTIONS Career Development Program is offered to Diamond In The Rough members with a primary focus on high school students. The purpose of OPTIONS is to empower girls with skills and information that will enable them to be successful with their post-high school education and careers. The program includes monthly workshops, guest speakers, career & educational field trips, career exploration opportunities and college preparation. Members Only unless otherwise specified. | Performing Arts Company | Diamond In The Rough in partnership with Masterpiece Performing Arts Company is proud to offer an exciting program for girls of all ages. The Diamond in the Rough Performing Arts Program is designed to provide an outlet of positive expression, appreciation and exposure to the Arts! This unique program integrates faith and value-based principles, inspirational themes and music with the Arts! Students will interact in fun, group improvisational games and exercises to encourage ACTING, SINGING, SONGWRITING, PLAY-WRITING AND MOVEMENT FOR STAGE (DANCE). Open to the public. More info |
| The CORE Leadership Training Academy | The CORE Leadership Training Academy is for Diamond In The Rough participants who express an interest and desire in serving in a leadership capacity within the organization. CORE participants are provided additional leadership training and assist DITR adult advisors with program development and planned activities. Members Only. More info |
| The Village Family Enrichment | The Village Family Enrichment Program was created to empower parents and to help bridge the gap between parents and youth through regularly scheduled interactive activities, workshops & forums that encourage dialogue among families and help to form stronger bonds which build communication and trust.
