Group Mentoring

NEW and IMPROVED

A long-term group mentoring program that matches groups of youth with caring, screened, trained adults. Group  session are held on a weekly basis and include group discussions, field trips, guest speakers and community service projects.

Camps, Conferences & Seminars

A series of topic specific workshops and activities offered to groups on a short-term basis.   A series of workshops conducted in small group settings which incorporate small group discussions, group activities, special guest speakers and can be offered individually or within existing programs.

OPTIONS

Career Coaching

A special program for high school students designed to equip youth with the basic skills necessary to prepare for college and future careers.  The program offers workshops, field trips, job shadowing, college  tours and more.

The CORE

Leadership Program

Offers opportunities for DITR members.  Participants in The CORE receive monthly training and develop skills through serving in various leadership capacities.

Helping Hands Community Service

DITR requires community service by all participants through our Helping Hands Service Program. This service club seeks to inspire our youth to serve their community and the world, by empowering them to plan and implement projects that are important to them. 

Diamond Debutante Program

The Diamond Debutante Program is an annual 5-month program designed to prepare young women for society by stressing the importance of service and social grace.

The Debutante program encompasses workshops, social activities and community service.
