The CARE Club is one of several programs offered through the Diamond In The Rough CARE Project which focuses on mental health, wellness and self-care. The CARE Club is specifically designed to provide a safe space for girls to connect as they learn to Cope, develop Awareness, build Resilience and be Empowered. The virtual interactive sessions offer girls positive solutions which help them build skills which help them navigate the challenges of life to process the overwhelming social and emotional impact of a global pandemic.
