The Clusters Mentoring Program™ is a long-term, group mentoring and leadership development program. This program is offered to girls from 4th - 12th grade (from September through April annually) and has three distinct levels based on age and grade. 

PROGRAM FORMAT
​

Sessions for 2022-2023 will be offered in both a bi-weekly LIVE/In-Person or Virtually platform based on selection supplemented with regular enrichment clubs, programs, pop-ups and touch points. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION.

Each small Cluster group meets bi-weekly from 60-90 minutes with the option to participate Live/In-Person or on a virtual platform during the school year. Program curriculum and activities for Clusters focuses on 5-primary areas including character, confidence, creativity, communication and community.   This program is designed to build life-long relationships, sisterhood and long-term results. The purpose of the Clusters Mentoring Program™ is to:

  •  Teach girls to respect themselves and others.
  •  Promote community service and stewardship. 
  •  Build self-esteem while creating a sense of sisterhood.
  •  Offer activities that are exciting, entertaining and educational.
  •  Create an environment where girls can talk freely and be themselves.
  •  Offer weekly activities that build leadership while lending a listening ear.
  •  Build character and confidence under the guidance of caring adult mentors.
  •  Encourage girls to embrace their unique qualities and identify their God given talents.

PROGRAM ACCESS & REQUIREMENTS
The program is open to ALL GIRLS regardless of race or socio-economic background. ​The Clusters Mentoring Program includes  bi-weekly group mentoring, access to the CROWNS College & Career Program, select events, community service opportunities, FREE parent workshops and family enrichment activities.  Participation in this program requires parent orientation, a DITR annual registration fee of $50 and monthly dues of $35 for the 8-month program.  ​
​*Additional fees may be required for special; programming (CORE, CARE Club, etc.), pop ups and field trips.

Frequently Asked Questions

what does the general membership provide access to?
General membership provides access to the enrichment programs, pop-ups, fieldtrips and touch points ONLY.  There is NO bi-weekly group mentoring provided with this option.
can my daughter participate in both the live and virtual mentoring?
No, unfortunately we ask parents /participants to select ONE option for mentoring.  Groups and access will be assigned accordingly. 
What if i need to cancel my daughter's membership?
You can cancel membership at any time.  The membership registration fee is non-refundable.  However, monthly membership drafts can be cancelled at any time with a written request.
HOw will we know when the enrichment programs and other activities are taking place?
There is a community calendar that is made available to all members which includes all scheduled meetings, programs and events.  Parents and participants will be provided access at the beginning of the program year.
as a cluster member, is my daughter required to participate in the enrichment activities?
No, participants are encouraged to take full advantage of all of our programing to receive the FULL BENEFITS of the DITR program, however, due to individual's personal obligations, proximity and other factors, participation in ALL activities are not required. 
When are the sessions held?
Our Diamonds In Development Program (4 years old - 3rd grade) meets monthly the 1st Saturday of the month from 10:00 -12:00 noon.  

Our Cluster Mentoring Program (4th - 12th grades) meets bi-weekly the 1st and 3rd Saturdays from 10:30 -12:00 Noon.  Sessions are offered both virtually and LIVE/In-person.  In person sessions are currently held in Snellville, Georgia. Click here for the full calendar.
