The Clusters Mentoring Program™ is a long-term, group mentoring and leadership development program. This program is offered to girls from 4th - 12th grade (from September through April annually) and has three distinct levels based on age and grade.

PROGRAM FORMAT

Sessions for 2022-2023 will be offered virtually on a digital platform with periodic live "pop-up" events. Sessions are held VIRTUALLY every Saturday morning and include virtual interactive activities, small group discussion, games and ongoing support. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION.

Each small Cluster group meets b-weekly from 60-90 minutes with the option to participate Live/In-Person or on a virtual platform during the school year. Program curriculum and activities for Clusters focuses on 6-primary areas including self-image/esteem, character/leadership, health/wellness, finance/stewardship, healthy relationships and spiritual enrichment. This program is designed to build life-long relationships, sisterhood and long-term results. The purpose of the Clusters Mentoring Program™ is to:

  •  Teach girls to respect themselves and others.
  •  Promote community service and stewardship.
  •  Build self-esteem while creating a sense of sisterhood.
  •  Offer activities that are exciting, entertaining and educational.
  •  Create an environment where girls can talk freely and be themselves.
  •  Offer weekly activities that build leadership while lending a listening ear.
  •  Build character and confidence under the guidance of caring adult mentors.
  •  Encourage girls to embrace their unique qualities and identify their God given talents.
