The Diamond In The Rough CROWNS Council is a unique service opportunity for professionals from a variety of fields.  The program offers unique chance for individuals to support the mission of Diamond In The Rough while adding value to the GEMS in the program based on their professional experience.  
The Diamond In The Rough CROWNS Council Program is designed to create a network of individuals and business leaders that girls can gain insight, encouragement and support from. Through this unique model and a preferred pathway, busy professionals can build connection, lend their professional expertise, leverage their network, and serve as an advocate for middle & high school girls.

Participants are provided unique coordinated opportunities to make a positive impact and serve as a "real model" for girls at various stages of their college and career pursuit. Whether participating in workshops & webinars, hosting unique experiences, providing professional advice or one of the many other ways to get involved, The Crowns Council program is a great opportunity to make an impact that can be truly be life changing.
