The Diamond University Leadership Academy offers a variety of leadership tracks for middle and high school students on the move. The Academy is designed to empower and build leadership and self-esteem while equipping girls with the tools to make healthy decisions about their bodies, relationships, academics and their futures.
All youth leadership opportunities require a separate application and intake process which often includes an application, references, and interviews. The leadership opportunities offered through Diamond University offer opportunities for participants to build leadership skills that can be transferred into all environments.

Provides opportunities for youth leaders to serve as the youth voice for the organization. Members of The CORE help to coordinate projects, community service, campaigns and serve as the Youth Advisory Board for the organization to ensure the growing needs of our members are being met. Provides an intense leadership program offered daily over a 4-week period. The summer program incorporates team building, leadership training, community service, guest speakers and field trips, and culminates with a graduation ceremony.

Provides opportunities for youth leaders to serve as active participants in our volunteer program including being trained to serve on various committees, assist with planning, and serve as a volunteer and/or co-facilitator with programs like Diamonds In Development. |

In addition to the service projects that are required of all members of Diamond In The Rough, there are occasions for members to serve their community over and above through additional community service opportunities. The Helping Hands Community Service project allows youth leaders a space to plan and lead youth driven projects, and to plug into other projects being offered in the community.

Provides opportunities for youth leaders to be trained to serve as peer leaders and group facilitators for youth led small groups. All members of the Priceless Peer Leader Program are provide the skills and tools to co-facilitate small group sessions under the supervision and guidance of adult leaders.

Provides opportunities for youth leaders to hone their speaking and presentation skills and to share their personal stories of inspiration with the community and world. Members are trained and serve as Junior Ambassadors for the organization through networking opportunities, speaking engagements and special appearances.
