Originally built in 1849 by revered architect Morandi as a private residence for a well-known Odessa banker and epicurean baron Maas, the hotel's architecture is of historical importance. Inspired by French allure, Odessa's charm, and the Black Sea spirit, the property offers a modern retreat with neoclassical design, 19th century details, and interiors by contemporary French designer Ana Moussinet.
