  • For GEMS (girls) who don’t have a shirt, please wear something WHITE
  • For JEWELS (Mentors) who don’t have a shirt, please wear something BLACK
  • Select good lighting (including outdoor lighting if possible)
  • Take a picture from the chest up
  • Submit Only ONE photo only
