HELPING HANDS
The Diamond University Leadership Academy was designed to offer a variety of leadership opportunities for youth to build their leadership and their confidence.  The Academy offers multiple tracks and programs for girls on the move to grow and serve.  Programs include our Summer Leadership Academy, CORE Leadership and Priceless Peer Leader Program to name a few.
Diamond In The Rough is excited to partner with local organizations and STEM professionals to offer a series of hands workshops through our GEMS & S.T.E.Ms Program to get our GEMS excited about Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. These sessions are sure to offer a fun learning environment under the leadership of a team of passionate, trained math & science professionals.
The Helping Hands Community Service Program provides youth leaders of DITR the opportunity to plan and implement service projects that benefit the community at large. Whether coordinating can food drives for people in need, feeding the homeless or coordinating campaigns to raise awareness on issues pertaining to youth, it's an opportunity for our young leaders to shine.
