The R.A.C.E. Round-table is a project of Change and Transformation Consulting, LLC, Gem Makers, LLC and Diamond In The Rough Youth Development Program Inc., designed to provide practical tips, tools and resources to individuals and families to combat and eliminate racism and social injustice. Through developed material, curated content and coordinated conversations, this collaborative project offers guidance and solutions to promote empathy, cultural competency and reconciliation. We would like to offer individuals and families another lens to examine what race relations can mean for future generations. For us R.A.C.E is a pathway to building relationships across cultural and racial identities that fosters anti-racism, equity and authentic inclusion in all aspects of our lives, communities and engagements.
