In this noisy and fast-paced world, it is very easy to tune into the voices of society and loose ourselves in the process. With external pressures to achieve, gain and accomplish, coupled with the internal pressures that repeat in our minds daily, it’s no wonder women and girls of all ages struggle with confidence, the very thing many people strive for, but few obtain.

One of the keys to building true and lasting confidence is to start within. Instead of focusing time and attention on everyone and everything going on externally, it calls for us to begin to uncover our internal thoughts, beliefs, hang-ups and habits. It requires us to get down to the root of what we believe about ourselves and why we believe it, whether good or bad. Once we do that we have an opportunity to either re-frame or re-enforce those thoughts or behaviors.
