​The Great Exchange is the collaborative  project between Diamond In The Rough Youth Development Program, Inc. and The 100 Black Men of North Metro - Men of Tomorrow Program. 

This program brings youth leaders from both organizations together and is designed to create dialogue, improve communication, dispel myths, and improve social skills between boys and girls.
