The Clusters Mentoring Program™ is a long-term, group mentoring and leadership development program. This program is offered to girls from 4th - 12th grade (from September through April annually) and has three distinct levels based on age and grade.  Registration opens on July 1st of each year and operates on a first-come first-serve basis.

Each small Cluster group meets WEEKLY for 60-90 minutes with the option to participate Live/In-Person or on a virtual platform during the school year. Program curriculum and activities for Clusters focus on 5-primary areas including character, confidence, creativity, communication, and community. This program is designed to build life-long relationships, sisterhood, and long-term results. The purpose of the Clusters Mentoring Program™ is to:

  •  Teach girls to respect themselves and others.
  •  Promote community service and stewardship. 
  •  Build self-esteem while creating a sense of sisterhood.
  •  Offer activities that are exciting, entertaining and educational.
  •  Create an environment where girls can talk freely and be themselves.
  •  Offer weekly activities that build leadership while lending a listening ear.
  •  Build character and confidence under the guidance of caring adult mentors.
  •  Encourage girls to embrace their unique qualities and identify their God given talents.

LIVE/In-Person Sessions 

Saturdays (10:30 -12:00 Noon) - Snellville, Georgia


Virtual Sessions

Monday Evenings (6:00 -7:00 p.m. EST)


Open acceptance, sessions begin in September.  Details provided upon acceptance.

The program is open to ALL GIRLS regardless of race or socio-economic background. The Clusters Mentoring Program includes WEEKLY group mentoring, access to the CROWNS College & Career Program, select events, community service opportunities, FREE parent workshops, and family enrichment activities. Participation in this program requires parent orientation, a DITR annual registration fee of $50, and monthly dues of $35 for the 8-month program.


​*Additional fees may be required for special; programming (CORE, CARE Club, etc.), pop ups and field trips. 


The Clusters Mentoring Program operates on a first-come first-serve basis and offers three options for participation.  Selections should be made based on location and availability. Virtual Group Mentoring is open to girls around the globe but does require a computer or laptop with working audio and video capability.  All live and virtual programs are interactive and do require participation. 


General membership is ideal for individuals who are limited by time restriction or by proximity and are ONLY INTERESTED in enrichment activities and NO Mentoring.
