At Diamond In The Rough we impact and transform the lives of girls and families and rich and powerful way.
With two decades on the front line working with schools, churches, and the community, the organization serves as a group mentoring model for organizations around the world.
Our award-winning programs and projects have received recognition at the highest levels and has impacted near 10,000 girls and families since our inception and over an additional 20,000 with indirect services. While we've made great impact in our community, there is still work to be done.

Diamond In The Rough offers award winning programing to girls and families, including group mentoring, leadership training, college & career coaching, family enrichment activities and mental health resources.
In addition to the member based programs, Diamond In The Rough coordinates projects and enrichment activities for the community at large. These include youth driven community service projects, campaigns, camps, conferences, summits and more.
