Through mentoring, leadership development, and meaningful learning experiences, Diamond In The Rough helps girls discover their worth, strengthen their voices, and develop the character and confidence to lead.

As we celebrate our 23rd year of service, we are inviting 230 new supporters to become Diamond Donors with monthly gifts starting at $23.

Launching December 1–15, 2026, the Diamonds Are Forever campaign brings together individuals, families, and community partners who believe in investing consistently in girls’ futures. Monthly contributions to the Diamonds Are Forever Fund help sustain the relationships, resources, and dependable program operations that make this work possible.
