
The Diamonds In Development Program is geared toward girls from PreK(4) - 3rd grade and offers monthly educational and entertaining activities. The purpose of the program is to build self-esteem, character, faith and friendships and to build a strong foundation. Sessions are typically held the FIRST week of each month for members and families (with a few exceptions)

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION
Diamonds In Development offers
LIVE monthly activities for members and parents including:
- Character building workshops
- Community service projects
- Craft activities
- Field trips
- Reading club
- Special events
Diamonds In Development sessions are typically hosted on the 1st Saturday of the month from 10:00 -12:00 Noon in Snellville, Georgia. Sessions begin with a kick-off on Saturday, September 14th and the regular monthly sessions will continue through May of 2025.
REQUIREMENTS
Parents of participants are required to complete an application and pay a registration fee of $50 and a monthly fee of $35. As space is limited, applications will be approved on a first come first serve basis. Parents are required to attend a mandatory Parent Orientation Saturday, September 9th. Details on the orientation and kick-off will be provided upon registration.
Diamond In The Rough opens registration on July 1st of each year and operates on a first-come first-serve basis.

The Clusters Mentoring Program™ is a long-term, group mentoring and leadership development program. This program is offered to girls from 4th - 12th grade (from September through April annually) and has three distinct levels based on age and grade. Registration opens on July 1st of each year and operates on a first-come first-serve basis.

Each small Cluster group meets WEEKLY for 60-90 minutes with the option to participate Live/In-Person or on a virtual platform during the school year. Program curriculum and activities for Clusters focus on 5-primary areas including character, confidence, creativity, communication, and community. This program is designed to build life-long relationships, sisterhood, and long-term results. The purpose of the Clusters Mentoring Program™ is to:
- Teach girls to respect themselves and others.
- Promote community service and stewardship.
- Build self-esteem while creating a sense of sisterhood.
- Offer activities that are exciting, entertaining and educational.
- Create an environment where girls can talk freely and be themselves.
- Offer weekly activities that build leadership while lending a listening ear.
- Build character and confidence under the guidance of caring adult mentors.
- Encourage girls to embrace their unique qualities and identify their God given talents.
