DITR Global is ideal for girls and families seeking a structured, nurturing and engaging mentoring experience with greater flexibility and convenience. 

It is especially beneficial for girls who live outside our immediate service area, have demanding school or extracurricular schedules, are unable to regularly attend in-person programming, or are looking for a creative alternative to traditional mentoring.

When a girl joins DITR Global, she isn't simply joining a weekly online session.

She becomes a DITR member.

DITR Global combines the flexibility families need with the structure, intentionality and nurturing environment they want.

We believe every girl is a GEM—full of value, potential, and purpose.

Our mentors don't simply show up to facilitate a meeting. They are trained to create spaces where girls can be heard, challenged, encouraged and equipped.

DITR Global carries that same philosophy into a creative virtual environment designed specifically for today's middle and high school girls.

Every girl deserves a place where she can discover who she is, develop confidence and be equipped to shine.

DITR Global is offered weekly on Mondays from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. (EST).

DITR Global currently serves middle and high school girls in grades 6–12. Participants are grouped appropriately to provide relevant, age-appropriate conversations, activities and mentoring experiences.

No! That's one of the exciting benefits of DITR Global. Because mentoring sessions are offered virtually, girls can participate from outside the metro Atlanta area. 

Our goal is to extend the Diamond In The Rough experience beyond geographic boundaries and make meaningful mentoring more accessible to girls wherever they are.

DITR Global and our traditional in-person mentoring program are offered as separate mentoring experiences, so members generally select the option that best meets their family's needs and schedule. However, DITR Global members may participate in other eligible in-person DITR events, programs, and special experiences throughout the year.

If a family would like to transition from DITR Global into our traditional in-person mentoring program, they may inquire about availability. Placement is not guaranteed and is based on available space within the appropriate grade-level group.
