Internal & External Marketing Support
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote DITR events, campaigns, and organizational milestones.
- Create promotional content for newsletters, flyers, press releases, social media, and email campaigns.
- Maintain and update content on the website and across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with program staff to gather photos, testimonials, and updates to share with the broader community.
Event & Campaign Communications
- Support the promotion of signature events such as workshops, outreach activities, fundraisers, and seasonal programs.
- Develop event-specific communication timelines, social media schedules, and outreach materials.
- Coordinate media coverage and community announcements as needed.
Brand Messaging & Storytelling
Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Highlight success stories, impact narratives, and milestones that demonstrate the value of
DITR’s mission and services.
Assist with the creation of the annual impact report and donor communications.
Administrative & Reporting
Track analytics and engagement for digital communications and suggest data-driven
improvements.
Organize and archive communications materials, photography, and design files.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and graphic
design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
Passion for youth development and community-based organizations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven
environment.
