Internal & External Marketing Support

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote DITR events, campaigns, and organizational milestones.
  • Create promotional content for newsletters, flyers, press releases, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Maintain and update content on the website and across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with program staff to gather photos, testimonials, and updates to share with the broader community.


Event & Campaign Communications

  • Support the promotion of signature events such as workshops, outreach activities, fundraisers, and seasonal programs.
  • Develop event-specific communication timelines, social media schedules, and outreach materials.
  • Coordinate media coverage and community announcements as needed.


Brand Messaging & Storytelling

 Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.

 Highlight success stories, impact narratives, and milestones that demonstrate the value of

DITR’s mission and services.

 Assist with the creation of the annual impact report and donor communications.


Administrative & Reporting

 Track analytics and engagement for digital communications and suggest data-driven

improvements.

 Organize and archive communications materials, photography, and design files.


Qualifications:

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and graphic

design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).

 Passion for youth development and community-based organizations.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven

environment.
